AS PART OF THE WORKING VISIT TO BULGARIA, JSC KIEP REPRESENTATIVES HAD A MEETING WITH MEMBERS OF BULGARIAN ENERGY HOLDING

As part of a working visit to Bulgaria, JSC KIEP representatives held a meeting with members of the Bulgarian Energy Holding - a Bulgarian energy holding to which companies in the field of natural gas transportation and sale, coal mining, and electricity generation are subordinate.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the current state of energy in Bulgaria, the difficulties that arose as a result of the Russian Federation's full-scale war against Ukraine, and proposals for joint cooperation. It should be noted that the two power units of the Kozloduy NPP are similar to those operating at many NPPs in Ukraine.

Ukraine has extensive experience in operating nuclear power plants without the participation of an aggressor country. JSC KIEP and other Ukrainian organizations can help solve common issues and share their experience.
